At Cybermate, we’ve always believed cybersecurity starts with people. Technology can detect threats, but it’s human judgment that decides whether to click, trust, or act.
As artificial intelligence reshapes how attacks are created and how defences respond, we’re expanding our platform to help users understand and use AI safely. Our new AI Training Series is built for real people, not data scientists, and it’s designed to make AI practical, relatable, and empowering.
Why AI Training Matters
AI is already woven into daily life. It filters emails, writes messages, and helps us work faster. But it also powers deepfake scams, impersonation attacks, and phishing campaigns that look frighteningly real.
The same technology that boosts productivity can also be used to deceive us. That’s why Cybermate’s AI modules focus on awareness, ethics, and resilience, helping users recognise manipulation before it becomes a breach.
What You’ll Learn
The Cybermate AI Training Series introduces several core learning paths that guide users through the essentials of safe, responsible, and confident AI use.
You’ll start with Cyber Safe AI, which explains how AI tools interact with your data, your privacy, and your everyday workflows. This module helps users understand what information AI systems collect, how it’s processed, and how to use AI without exposing sensitive details.
Next is Responsible AI, a module focused on ethics, transparency, and accountability. Users learn how bias appears in AI systems, how consent works in digital environments, and how to make ethical decisions when using AI tools at work or in the community.
We then move into AI in Everyday Workflows, which shows practical examples of AI in communication, productivity, and security. This module helps users recognise safe and unsafe AI behaviours in daily tasks, from email drafting to customer interactions.
Another key module is AI‑Driven Threats, which explains how attackers use AI to craft phishing messages, impersonation scams, and emotionally targeted social‑engineering attacks. Users learn how to spot AI‑generated deception and respond effectively.
Finally, we offer Leadership and Governance training for managers, executives, and boards. This module explores how AI impacts organisational risk, culture, and decision‑making, giving leaders the clarity they need to guide safe adoption.
Each module blends micro‑learning, real‑world simulations, and behavioural insights. It’s the same approach that made Cybermate Australia’s first purpose‑driven, AI‑powered Psybersecurity platform.
The Goal
We’re not just teaching people to use AI. We’re helping them think critically about it, to understand how it influences trust, decision‑making, and security.
Because awareness alone isn’t enough anymore. The future of cybersecurity depends on how well we train people to work safely alongside AI.
