About the Advocate Role
We want you to help us share the Cybermate mission by promoting awareness of psyber-security and sharing cyber security information with your audience. Stand out from the crowd by demonstrating yourself as a thought leader, develop core skills in customer service and refer customers to Cybermate to receive a referral incentive.
We are looking for people who want to:
- Build great relationships with customers, colleagues and people of influence across Australia's cyber security community.
- Have a passion for new business development, social media and innovation
- Communicate clearly and increase cyber security awareness
- Be a good human
Desired by not required:
- Technology bloggers/podcasters, or an interest in that.
- Cyber Security Influencers
- Students who are a part of local technology or cyber security groups (Including, Uni groups, meet-ups, and networks)
- Sales, marketing or customer service experience

- Cyber attacks are scary enough, so don’t frighten or force people into joining Cybermate. Instead, educate people on what a cyber threat is and what to look out for by explaining what the Cybermate Security Training covers:
