1 September 2023

Congratulations to Cybermate on becoming finalists at the ARN Innovation Awards. This follows the success in 2022 when Cybermate won the Startup Innovation – Product Award.

ARN is proud to announce the finalists of an enhanced Innovation Awards in 2023, housing a record-breaking number of submissions in what will be the largest celebration of ecosystem excellence in delivering transformative customer solutions across Australia.

Representing the entire Australian tech ecosystem, 345 finalists (including 120 individuals) make the shortlist from a pool of over 160 organisations and more than 400 nominations, spanning partner, start-up, vendor and distributor businesses.

“ARN congratulates Cybermate on becoming finalists in the Startup Innovation – Product and Customer Value categories said Simon Hopkins, Head of Channel Sales, ANZ at Foundry. “This is a stunning statement from the market. Irrespective of ongoing societal challenges and worsening economic conditions, Australia continues to power forward unperturbed – Australia’s IT ecosystem has once again raised the bar to set new levels of innovation.

“Enormous credit to the market-leading companies and individuals continuing to press ahead in helping customers innovate at pace – despite the notable difficulties – which once again demonstrates the depth of transformation taking place across the country.

Congratulations to Cybermate’s CEO and Co-Founder, Greg Caleo, nothing can stop your pursuit of leadership in “psybersecurity”.

In 2023, Innovation Awards will honour the channel across eight categories, spanning Partner Innovation, Tech Innovation, AU-wide Innovation, Start-up Innovation, Personal Innovation, Vendor Innovation, Distributor Innovation and Hall of Fame.

In streamlining the program, the aim is to increase focus on the pacesetters of the local market, those revving up the innovation engine and powering ahead in the delivery of transformative solutions and services.

Reflective of a diverse technology network, finalists range from large-scale multinational consultancy firms to emerging start-ups, alongside leading system integrators, managed service providers and solution consultants, plus cloud specialists, independent software vendors, boutique agencies and application developers. This is in addition to channel-centric vendors, telecommunications providers and supply chain experts.

Cybermate builds on the success of 2022 by launching Cybermate 2.0, Australia’s first “psybersecurity” solution for Aussie businesses looking to reduce human behavioural risk. Cybermate 2.0 comes with many new features and a decision to reduce pricing to help Cybermate achieve it’s goal to make Australia the cyber-safest country on earth,

Collectively, Innovation Awards in 2023 stands tall as the leading forum for setting the industry benchmark for ecosystem excellence across Australia.

The winners will now be selected by an executive panel of industry judges – acknowledging creativity, innovation, and excellence – before being announced at a celebration dinner at ICC, Sydney on Thursday, 16 November.
